Role Expectation


You are a detail-oriented talent, with fast learning skills who can adapt in new fast pace environment well and possess great time management skills.

You will be handling HR related tasks including company properties, staff performances, onboarding session, employees relationship establishment and etc. We believe you as the right people with the right abilities in the right place at the right time.

So what will you be doing?

  • Prepare Human Resource documents related to an employee's entire life cycle during their employment.
  • Liaising and managing the process of signing HRrelated documents from all respective stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records and keep all information updated.
  • Update internal Human Resource databases such as maintaining leave records.
  • Assist payroll process by providing relevant employee information and checking employee schedules.
  • Assist in improving employee relations.
  • Have a clear understanding of company policies and answer employees' queries about HRrelated issues.
  • Have a clear understanding of HR compliance and have the ability to act in accordance.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the setout timeline.

We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you.

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Psychology or any related field.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
  • Have basic knowledge on how to use Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Possess 1 year of working experience in HR related field & payroll experience.
  • Added advantage: Experience with any payroll software system.
  • Enjoys taking initiative on work and performs outgoing personality to communicate.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
