RELATIONSHIP

  • Reporting to Directon
  • Liases with team member (site coordinator) to carry out project
  • Liases with Vendor and Subcontractor on project schedule & costing
  • Liases with Accoutanttor vaument invoice.
  • Liases with Marketing team for photoshooting and/or videography

JOB PURPOSE

  • Prepare layout for bidding
  • Prepare moodboard & Quotation
  • Develop 2d Details
  • Liaises with 3D drafter for 3D illustration
  • Deliver drawing and spec to site coordinator
  • Cost Controll
  • Quality Check
  • Adhoc duties assigned by management

JOB Requirement

  • Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, 3DsMax / SketchUp or equivalent
  • Good command in Mandarin & English both speaking and writing.
  • Very well detailed oriented person and flair in design
  • Well verse in construction details and up to date with current interior trend
  • Excellent in time management, ability to multitask and willing to learn
  • Good personality, outspoken, team player and positive motivated person
  • Possess own transport

Pay:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
