Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Providing friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Beverage Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of beverage according to customer preferences.
  • Foods Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of foods such as sandwiches, muffins, cakes or cookies.
  • Menu Knowledge: Understanding tea varieties, flavours, and preparation methods to assist customers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keeping teamaking equipment clean and in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring tea supplies and restocking as needed to ensure availability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Barista.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work as part of a highenergy, efficient team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
  • Proficient in POS system.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
