Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage fullstack development projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project goals, scope, risks, and constraints.
  • Analyse technical feasibility of solution
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Scrum methodology and tools.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and ensuring that the team is delivering highquality work that meets project requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication between the design and development team, stakeholders, and management.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of developers, designers, and testers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of WordPress development principles, emerging trends, and technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing software development projects, including at least 1 years of experience managing WordPress development projects using Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, development principles, and plugin/theme development.
  • Strong understanding of fullstack development principles, including frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies such as PHP.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL.
  • Knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Indepth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and software design patterns.
  • Indepth knowledge of Scrum methodology and agile project management tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering highquality WordPress projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, and results oriented.
  • Experience with LAMP server management, DevOps, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Salary:
RM4,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
