Your Roles include:

  • Preparing coffee and drinks
  • Proper handling of coffee equipments
  • Greet customers, take orders and be attentive.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and menu items
  • Ensure food/drinks/cake orders are correct and deliver to customers in timely manner.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of work and dining area
  • Process payment and handle cashier as per the Company's guidelines and cash handling policy
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Any other duties required by your team leader in daytoday operations.

You Need to:

  • Have minimum SPM education level
  • Advantageous to have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/barista and similar capacity.
  • Be able to converse in English. Chinese is a plus.
  • Be friendly and fun.
  • Be a teamplayer, positive and willinglearner
  • Be punctual and responsible
  • Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
