Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to create and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Learn and utilize planning and project management tools to track progress and update documentation.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Learn about project methodologies and best practices under the guidance of experienced planners.
  • Help maintain organized project files, documents, and records.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Management, Economics, or related field).
  • Strong interest in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Detailoriented and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
