CMR R3 Sdn Bhd operating under CMR 3.0 China Muslim Restaurant has been operating with Halal certification from JAKIM since 2010.

It is the first restaurant in Penang serving authentic Northwest China Halal Chinese Food for 11 years.

With our China Muslim Chef originally from Wilayah Autonomi Muslim NingXia, its specialties make the cuisine so unique and not available in other local restaurants (cooking by local Chinese, local Chinese Muslim & other races).

Most customers comment the food we are serving is the same as what they used to have in China.

With 11 years of experience plus good customers' response & request from all states, we are now ready to expand our business into more restaurants in other states under outlets or licensing program.

In addition, we are also looking at setting up central kitchen and training center.
