JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential customers and market segments, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits, and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management, using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitor activities to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

; Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome barriers to sales
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
