Job Scope:

The purpose of the role is to ensure that effective running of production by ensuring maximizing of manpower, machine without compromise on Quality and Safety

Key Activities:

Finite Plan and Schedule Adherence:

  • Review Draft Plan together Production Executive based on availability of Manpower, labelling, filling & manufacturing equipment.
  • Update Production executive daily with achievement of the previous day and the plans for today and readiness for tomorrow's plan.
  • Work with planners on changes of plan and to prioritise

Production:

  • Ensure that the production line meets 100% of plan for the week in the time allowed. Where there are shortfalls, identify reasons and corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Ensure that the production lines are kept clean and work is being carried out in accordance to GMP.
  • Ensure production lines are run using methods and work instruction
  • Ensure necessary Logbooks are updated accordingly per governing SOPs and are auditable at all times.
  • Ensure correctness of recording in Production MO & BMR and submit on time or as required timeline
  • Ensure dockets are raised on time, within 4 hours and bmr/mo closing latest 48 hrs (if not on leave)

People Management:

  • Ensure that discipline is maintained at all times in production line.
  • Ensure that operators are at their workplace on time and are not walking around aimlessly during working hours.
  • Ensure that all sections are ready to work at the start of the shift.
  • Authorise all annual leave request of operator
  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings for Operators when required.
  • Conduct trainings as required and scheduled.
  • Ensure PPE usage is in place
  • Ensure jewellery regulation is in place
  • Ensure 5S discipline
  • Arrange for counselling of workers as and when required

GMP Compliance:

  • Always maintain working area complies with GMP requirement

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with Health and Safety Laws and best practice as laid down by the company.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
