Job Highlights

For Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Include managing daily accounting and finance operations to ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You will also analyse variances and provide relevant commentaries to highlight any pertinent discrepancies in the numbers, manage all statutory finance matters and liaise with auditors and tax advisors, as well as external service providers when necessary to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Group policies. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will be actively involved in any process implementation projects, support the business controller / directors with forecasts and planning, make recommendations to management on business financial plans and strategies, as well as recommendations to improve internal financial controls and productivity based on your review of internal processes.

For HR responsibilities:

  • Provide primary administrative support for HR procedures & processes, including documentation and correspondence management.
Manage full cycle recruitment and selection activities through to onboarding stage.
Assist in the development and updating of HR policies & procedures. Supporting management of employee relations.
Resolving questions and queries from team as first point of contact. Manage occupational health survey and employee well-being programmes.


Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.


  • At least a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 3year(s) of working experience is required for this position
  • Ability in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Prior experience of managing multiple retail outlets is highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
  • CA qualification with experience in managing the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions can be considered for a managerial position

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA/CA/ACCA qualifications
  • With 5 to 7 years of relevant handson experience in handling full sets of account, GST and all tax matters
  • Prior experience of managing multiple retail outlets is highly preferred

  • Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
  • Strong technical accounting foundations, and excellent commercial acumen.
  • Strong experience in income statement analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and accounting system.
  • Strong organizational, commercial, and business awareness, business analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
  • Great leadership skills
  • Ability to engage with different stakeholders
  • Problemsolving, initiative and negotiation skills
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to liase with mandarin speaking customers due to our TCM treatment)

  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels

Qualification:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA/CA/ACCA qualifications

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
