Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily retail operations.
  • Receives stocks or incoming goods and stores the delivery which also involves merchandising, stock control and stock management.
  • To provide excellent customer service experience which includes attending and assisting customers by providing product information and advice on product selection.
  • To handle customer enquiries promptly & professionally.
  • Maintain and ensure shop/store cleanliness and security at all time
