Tanggungjawab:
a. Mengalukan kedatangan setiap pelanggan dengan mesra, bersopan dan pantas. Berikan ucap selamat dan salaam kepada pelanggan.

b. Bekerjasama dengan pengurus/ penyelia dan setiap pekerja untuk memastikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik diberikan kepada semua pelanggan. Menjalankan semua tugasan yang diberikan dengan sebaiknya.

c. Memastikan operasi berjalan dengan lancar dan semua kakitangan bekerja dalam satu pasukan, tolong menolong dan bantu membantu antara semua pekerja.

d. Mendengar arahan ketua dan memberi maklum balas yang tepat mengenai pelanggan. Bersama sama dengan Pengurus dan rakan kerja lain untuk meningkatkan prestasi perniagaan restoran.

e. Sentiasa patuh kepada peraturan Syarikat dan Undang-undang kerajaan berkaitan pengendalian makanan dan layanan kepada pelanggan.

f. Bertanggung jawab menerima bayaran dari pelanggan untuk semua belian di restoran

g. Bertanggung jawab menjaga semua wang di dalam mesin POS

h. Menyerahkan semua hasil kutipan jualan harian kepada pegawai syarikat yang ditugaskan atau kepada PIC/Pengurus restoran

i. Menjaga "float money" yang di serahkan oleh pihak Syarikat. Memastikan wang syiling dan nota kecil mencukupi untuk kegunaan operasi.

j. Membuat bayaran untuk belian barang kegunaan restoran dan dari penghantaran pembekal. Semua bayaran mesti mendapat kelulusan Syarikat atau Pengurus cawangan dan besertakan resit. Semua bayaran wajib direkodkan.

k. Mengikut arahan dan membuat tugasan yang diberikan oleh ketua/PIC restoran.

Boleh bekerja di RnR Rawang

Kelayakan:

- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang F&B adalah satu kelebihan
- Bole berbahasa melayu dan bahasa inggeris
- Calon sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai sijil SPM
- Boleh bekerja pada hari cuti am dan overtime
- Lepasan dalam bidang Hospitaliti/culinary art sangat digalakkan
