Accounts Clerk / Executive
Location :
Subang Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to handle and prepare a full set of Accounts; initially, guidance will be provided;
- Responsible for all general accounting functions such as invoicing; payment; collection; data entries & posting; filing; monthly bank, company & intercompany reconciliations; cheque preparation; credit control and any other accounting related work;
- Prepare various accounting reports relating to the financial health of the company.
- Ensure deadlines are met for all jobs
- Organizing office mail and resolving discrepancies
- Perform daily general and administrative duties as assigned.
- Assisting company in executing tasks
- Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Wellversed in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
- Preferably, at least 1 year of working experience;
- However, if no experience but confident that you can handle the job after a short period of training, you are welcome to apply;
- Fullrime position, 5day working week and we are closed on all public holidays and weekends.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
