Assessing workers through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination.

  • Diagnosing the worker's mental and emotional disorders.
  • Creating effective treatment plans that include counseling or other services.
  • Working with your workers and developing goals.
  • Discussing the treatment plan with your worker's on a regular basis to identify faults or room for improvement.
  • Educating workers about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
  • Recording the Worker's progress and changing their treatment plan when needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
