Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, and other materials.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company.
  • Data entry.
  • Arrange bookings and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner.
  • To liaise and update customers on daily delivery status.
  • Capable of handling other tasks as and when required by the department.
  • Monthly stock count participation.
  • Prepare invoice for drop shipment.
Requirement

  • Minimum academic requirement: SPM
  • Responsible and detailoriented
  • Have skills and knowledge of computer software such as Office, Word, Excel and etc
  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary:
RM1650 per month
