Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Data Key in - Creditor Voucher, Journal Expenditure, Journal Voucher, Debit Note, Credit Note, Fixed Assets, Official Receipt, Schedule and Payment Editing Listing, etc.
- To ensure timely update of Accounting record of all functions i
e:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Cash Flow Report, Projection & General Ledger
- To prepare monthly report i
e:
Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors Aging report, Income Statement and Balance sheet within the stipulated timeline.
- To maintain Fixed Asset Register.
- To ensure timely closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
- To provide support to management in preparation, analysis and reporting of financial results.
- To maintain proper filing system.
- Assist to liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary & bankers for relating to accounting issues and banking facilities.
- To produce full set account for audit.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with accounting software UBS/SQL.
- Experience in accounting knowledge, computer literate & competent in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
