1. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval during audits or as needed.
  • Monitor and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
  • Handle correspondence and communication related to financial matters.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and information for internal and external audits.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Provide assistance and clarification on financial procedures and policies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
  • To participate actively in any other new services that is introduced by the company.
Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
