Responsibilities:

  • To key in new sales in the sales system and issuance of receipts
  • Coordinate with sales team by managing customers' appointment schedule and performing data entry Supporting sales department with other administrative tasks
  • To prepare daily sales report
  • To record all correspondences with the customers
  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' working experience.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office especially (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Melaka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Melaka: Relocate before starting work (required)
