PROTÉGÉ-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.

The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is twelve (12) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:

  • Soft-skills Training
  • OntheJob Training

Location:
Kizsports & Gym (Kota Damansara/ Selayang Outlet)

Requirement:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation, Management, or any related to Customer Service.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problemsolving and multitask.
  • Excellent in organizational skills, time management and followup skills required
  • Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office,.
  • Well equipped with the computer skills.
  • Strong team player, selfmotivated, driven and willing to learn
  • Able to travel and work longhours if required.
  • Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly changing priorities
  • Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed.

  • To assist the operational outlet activities in the daily operation of the playground, ensuring their adherence to the requirements of the designated outlet Operational Plan.
  • Assist to support marketing activities, advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and/or special marketing events, as appropriate.
  • Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes and address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To support on administration and documentation.
  • Assist on party arrangement at the outlet/ others.
  • Assist as Customer Service/ front desk, attend customers/ etc.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
