Job Description - Provide consulting services to companies.
- Provide agricultural cooperatives, agronomical crop growers and horticultural crop growers on the cultivation of food crops.
- Have good knowledge in soil, plants, seeds, and products to better understand crop needs and develop more effective and efficient farming practices.
- Provides agronomic knowledge and leadership to growers in their assigned market while performing job duties.
- Train sales staff appropriately to cover required duties and responsibilities.
- Support teamwork, good communication and a happy work environment.
- Support the company's direction, goals and decisions at all times.
- Require to complete ads-hoc task provide by supervisor.
- Provide training for internal staff and external upon request for agronomical topics or products related topic.
- Provide farm consultancy and problem solution upon request.
- Carry out trials for certain products or crops.
- Prepare agronomical related article monthly and achieve yearly Facebook article
- Manuring program using company related products.
- Conduct new product roadshow and talks.
- Cropping culture.
- New product development and marketing.
- Handle or plan for ad hoc projects including farm visit, farm set up and talks.
- Prepare reports for all farm visits and follow up visits.
- Job scope change from time to time according to company requirement.
