Co-ordination / Liaise with client / consultant and sub-contractor / supplier.

  • Preparing and checking progress claims to Clients and from subcontractors.
  • Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a scheduled & adhoc basis.
  • Verified all payments are in order before payments by valuing completed work & arranging payments and schedules.
  • Preparation of estimates, bill of quantities, tender document, interim valuations and final account.
  • Attend site meetings.

Job Requirement:

  • Required language: English and Chinese.
  • Pleasant, self motivated & independent.
  • Meticulous and cost conscious.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Job type: Full time.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
