Job Duties:


  • To collect the requirements, design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and improve ServiceNow ITSM tool.
  • Analyse the business operation needs and translate into technical requirement
  • To support, troubleshooting, administration, perform patching and upgrades of ServiceNow;
  • Write serverside scripts, clientside scripts, business rules, and UI policies using ServiceNow's scripting language.
  • Customize and extend ServiceNow functionalities using platform features like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Macros, and Service Portal.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including system administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful ServiceNow projects.
  • Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration.
  • Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with implementation and support of ServiceNow modules.

Must have ServiceNow certification, (e.g., Certified Application Developer)

  • Three (3) or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with handson experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development (Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools is a
    MUST
:

  • Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type:

Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:

RM5, RM9,000.00 per month
