  • To work closely with the E-Commerce Team to achieve sales and revenue targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • To assist in managing the company's website.
  • To assist the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to E-Commerce marketplaces
  • To check closely on the inventory levels
  • To ensure the website content and all pages, product and pricing on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times
  • To engage and implement sales activities through social media platforms.
  • To manage the items via online shops, ensuring that the maximum income is achieved.
  • Prepare items for sale, including photographic merchandising; researching appropriate prices in preparation for sale, and ensuring the suitability and quality of items listed for sale.
  • Ensure that all text prepared for listings and marketing purposes is clear, accurate and engaging.
  • Responding to customer questions and queries in a timely manner as a professional online retailer at all times.
  • Examining salesrelated metrics to inform restocks.
  • To ensure that all sold items are dispatched in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the customer in the event of any delays.
  • To actively participate in processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock levels.
  • To maintain accurate records of items sold online, reconciling sales to withdrawal of funds from online trade.
  • Identify website, process, and product inefficiencies and escalate.

IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Wangsa Maju (opposite Aeon Big Wangsa Maju and near Wangsa Walk Mall):

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in E-Commerce, Marketing or related fields
  • A minimum of 12 years of E-Commerce experience in similar role
  • Creative and innovative individual with a good eye for design
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Keen interest in Emarketing and knowledge of how to use this to drive sales and promote the company
  • Knowledge of principles of SEO

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
