  • Develop techniques to assist plants in improving safety, quality, preventative maintenance and productivity.
  • Provide technical assistance and suggestion to Furnace Operation and Maintenance Specialist in matter pertaining to the operation of Charcoal Furnace.
  • Maintain awareness and commitment to employment and legislative responsibilities in relation to safety, discrimination, Human Resources policies, quality and the environment.
  • Ensure that the policies, practices and equipment running in plants comply with "Best Practice" by facilitating and being involved in workshops and plant audits.
Organize regular operational audits of plants' manufacturing areas.
