SCOPE


Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager of Finance and the Director/Manager of Finance, and within the limits of Hotels Group policies and procedures, responsible for ensuring all revenues generated in the hotel are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis.

The Income Auditor produces the daily revenue report and reconciles all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivable movements for each day.

The Income Auditor also ensures that all revenues are recorded and reported on a daily basis and all control procedures are in place relating to the income process.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare daily revenue report and distributes to Department Heads and submit to corporate
office.

  • Sort all the Front Office folios and Food & Beverage bills.
  • Audit all rebates and and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing
the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy.

  • Audit all F&B Void bills / exception report are supported by documentation detailing the
reason of voiding and with approval. All voids bill must be in accordance with Finance Policy.

  • Audit complimentary report and room upgrade are supported by documentation.
  • Audit extra bed and late check out to ensure charges are posted accordingly.
  • Audit Entertainment check (ENT) and Officer's Checks (OC) are supported by documentation.
All ENT and OC must be in accordance with Finance Policy.

  • Audit daily credit card reconciliation submission from Front Office, Food & Beverage and
Reservation against OPERA and credit card settlement slip.

  • Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against OPERA system
  • Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied
  • Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (required)
