We're looking for an experience and reliable Supplier Quality Engineer to join a growing team for a global electronics manufacturer In this role, you'll be the architect behind a robust quality management system for suppliers.

Reporting to: Head of DepartmentLocation: SelangorExcellent remuneration and benefits package the role Drive Supplier Quality:Implement supplier qualification programs (SQM) and monitor supplier performance (SPM) for both internal and external suppliers.Solve Quality Issues: Utilize the 8D method to identify, contain, and prevent technical quality problems at the plant level.Verify Supplier Improvements: Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions taken by suppliers.Manage & Optimize Part Qualification: Implement part qualification process (PPEP) and participate in product evolution (ROHS etc.).Ensure Product Quality: Optimize incoming inspections and monitor overall supplier quality performance for the plant.Contribute to Supplier Approval: Participate in and track the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process.Maintain Supplier Standards: Ensure business allocation guidelines are followed to maintain a high-performing supplier panel. the experience Manufacturing & Quality Expert: Combines knowledge of manufacturing processes with a focus on ensuring product quality through effective quality assurance practices.Customer-Centric Problem Solver: Demonstrates a "Customer First Mindset" to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.Compliance Champion: Possesses expertise in both SAM (likely Supplier Assurance Management) and PPEP (potentially referring to a specific company program) ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.Clear Communicator: Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate across teams. how to apply To apply online, please use the relevant link provided.
