**職位概述**

負責完成酒店行銷計劃。管理所有電子商務機會。與旅遊局和社區領導建立良好的工作關係。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 高中文憑或高中同等學歷 (GED);2 年銷售與行銷或相關專業領域工作經驗。

或者
- 在經認可的大學取得市場行銷、工商管理、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業的兩年制學位;不要求工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**開展實現部門目標的日常行銷活動**
- 協助客房、餐飲、水療和高爾夫促銷活動在地區範圍內進行協調。
- 制定休閒行銷計劃,以解決旨在提高入住率的價格優惠、套餐和計劃的分配。
- 維護、更新和管理所有網站。
- 協調關於品牌忠誠獎勵郵件的所有出版物和插頁的優惠和資訊。
- 編寫手冊和酒店附屬材料。
- 參與酒店的所有影像工作(如標牌)。
- 使用和解釋健全的行銷建議所必需的所有報告,包括但不限於 DMA 市場報告、過去的客人名單(利用休閒費率代碼)和追蹤。
- 確保在所有廣告和附屬工作中傳達一致的行銷資訊。
- 管理全年行銷預算。
- 提供對促銷活動以及網站/電子郵件活動的定期跟蹤/投資回報率 (ROI) 和分析,使用行業平均數計算投資回報率,並將這些知識用於未來的規劃。
- 跟蹤所有行銷活動(包括線上、直接郵件和平面廣告)的投資回報率。
- 跟蹤實際行銷預算與計劃行銷預算,並根據需要提供有關重新分配資金的意見和建議。
- 確保各酒店在所有客戶感動點和行銷傳播中的表達一致性,不僅遵循企業圖形標準,而且還代表個體酒店。

**掌握市場趨勢和目標客戶資訊,從而最大限度地提高收入**
- 評估酒店的新行銷機會。
- 確保酒店體現在所有具有提供業務潛力的優質互聯網網站上。
- 與各自的會議局和旅遊局密切合作。
- 使用和解釋健全的行銷建議所必需的所有報告,包括但不限於 DMA 市場報告、過去的客人名單(利用休閒費率代碼)和追蹤。
- 制定酒店戰略行銷計劃,包括團體、休閒和當地活動。
- 計劃和監督所有照片拍攝,制定拍攝清單,同時牢記酒店目標和品牌形象。

**建立能促成銷售與行銷機會的成功關係**
- 識別並與可銷售遇險庫存的分銷管道進行溝通,以提高酒店的入住率。
- 為所有銷售管道提供創造性的獨特工具,協助酒店的銷售和行銷。
- 作為企業與個體酒店之間的聯絡人,推出項目並確保酒店充分利用企業提供的所有機會。
- 與媒體採購商合作,計劃和執行廣告活動。
- 協助酒店開展各種活動的宣傳,牢記宣傳的策略和目標,以及「不再尋求他法」的先決條件。
- 協助酒店向業主提供材料、跟蹤/分析和演示。
- 代表酒店與所有供應商接洽,在品質和價格之間取得平衡,請求提供估計值並根據需要批准所有材料。

**其他行銷責任**
- 保存有關酒店行銷材料(照片使用權、供應商契約等)之所有事宜的詳細檔和記錄。
- 確保酒店遵循所有企業行銷準則。
- 透過 MarrCom 辦公室核准所有發票。
