  • Manage manpower of team including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, operational resource support in order to work smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
  • Follow up the new technics and analyze overall problem of Hub operations in order to improve effective strategies and working processes.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
