Assisting all maintenance works which includes of electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, mechanical and etc for the group of companies' properties;

  • Assist in Performing airconditioners routine checking, chemical wash, installation and any repair services for group of companies' properties;
  • Assist in Survey and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in Upkeep & maintenance of company's property buildings, equipment and to solve any issues.
  • Assist in repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Assist in developing and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
  • Assist in conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting and carpentry.
  • Other Plan and schedule at the discretion of the Management

Pay:
RM RM500.00 per month
