As an Client Success Executive,

You will be responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of our products & services with assigned base of customers.

Your main goal will be to act as a bridge between the clients & internal cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality experience for our clients, resulting with their satisfaction.


Your responsibilities will include,

  • Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on
- boarding, implementation, client retention, high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client
  • Liaise with different internal stakeholders
  • Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management tounderstand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build oncurrently established practices
  • Understand the business landscape(Good to have)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
