1.應收帳款

準備銷售發票和交貨單 (DO)。
確保銷售人員選擇的 HS 代碼正確徵收銷售稅。
與銷售人員跟進已確認的 DO。
需要時向客戶準備貸方通知單或借方通知單。
監控作業號並在需要時停用非活動作業號。
監控並跟進客戶的收款狀況。
解決客戶提出的收款疑問。
收到客戶的資金和付款收據後,準備正式收據。
將銷售資訊和付款狀態更新到合約製造商的網站。
準備有關客戶未付款狀態的每週報告。
準備有關未完成 DO 狀態的每週報告。
準備並向客戶發送每月帳戶報表。
確保正確歸檔和記錄計費相關事宜。
協助客戶主管完成指派的任務。

2. 執行公司間每月計費。

3.更新會計系統每日外幣匯率。

4、負責會計的歸檔、歸檔工作。

5. 處理匯報經理指派的其他臨時職責。

**職位需要:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有以下領域的文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑
- 財務/會計/銀行或同等學歷。
- 至少 1 年會計領域經驗。
- 有使用會計軟體和 Microsoft Office 的經驗。
- 具備良好的溝通能力。
- 良好的英語和馬來語書面和口頭能力。
- 良好的普通話書面和口頭表達能力將是被招募的優勢。
