1. Ensure & maintain high level of customer satisfaction at all times

  • Ensure cleanliness of the business premise at all times
  • Responsible of show room (shop) sales
  • Ensure proper management of point of sale processes (POS system)
  • Ensure proper labelling of products
  • Ensure healthy stock inventory at all times
  • Ensure proper management of inventory software
  • Ensure proper handling of warranty and claim
  • Proper record keeping & filing of documents
  • Supervise and closely monitor sales team
  • All other matters concerning to sales and the show room (shop)
  • Any other related tasks as instructed by management
  • Maintain digital marketing (Sinaro's website, Shopee, Lazada, Google Business, Mudah, Facebook) and other digital platforms as may instructed by the company.

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month

  • STM/STPM (required)

  • Retail: 1 year (required)
