  • Takes a coordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements.
  • Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements.
  • Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place.
  • Determine raw material requirements to support manufacturing schedule and Commit delivery plan to customer.
  • Develop master production schedule to fulfill over demand.
  • Must work well on a team with other mangers, team leads and lower level employee.
  • Establish and support individual and team performance goals that are attainable and aligned with business strategy.
