Job Summary:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Officer to contribute to generating better services to the organization
- You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Officer must be an excellent team player communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities:
- To handle complaints & services to customers
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and note useful information.
Job Requirements:
- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entrylevel based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written
- Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time
- Open for Malaysian only
Salary:
RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
