  • RM2400
  • RM3600

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Officer to contribute to generating better services to the organization
company.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective Officer must be an excellent team player communicator and have superior people skills.
  • They must be comfortable with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle complaints & services to customers
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information.

Job Requirements:

  • Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entrylevel based on your previous experience)
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English & Malay language for both spoken and written
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
  • Open for Malaysian only

Salary:

RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
