Job Responsibilities:

Supervise Store Assistants to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/goods.
Ensure equipment, tools and machineries are used in a proper manner with good housekeeping.
Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
Coordinate with Procurement on incoming goods.
Coordinate with Sales and Logistic on outgoing arrangement.
Liase with QA on incoming and outgoing procedure.
Monitor incoming/outgoing transactions and record accordingly.
Preparing Inventory report.
Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and wellmaintained.
Oversee and manage physical inventory counts.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Any other duties as per assigned.

Job requirements:

At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to drive forklift.
Able to work independently.
Able to play the role as team leader.
Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
