Ensure that student's attendance is updated daily. Confirm absentee with parents.- To maintain a good relationship with parents, students and teachers.
- Coordinate school updates and announcements that go out to parents and students.
- To prepare staff attendance report for HR record.
- Taking stock of school stationery, cleaning supplies and to ensure school amenities in good condition.
- Handling invoice for school fees.
- To arrange payment to supplier with account department.
- Communicate with canteen for meal plan menu and order.
- Assist enrollment team on school enquiry.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word, Excel,autocount
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is compulsory
- Good in multitasking
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation
- Maintaining confidentiality with students' information
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
