Job brief

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Fiskor digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase online sales. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join us, a leading ecommerce player in the snack industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Develop and manage content for digital platforms to enhance brand presence.

2. SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

3. Email Marketing (Klaviyo & MailChimp):

  • Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analysis end result and provide optimization recommendations.

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.

6. Stay Updated and on-trend:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement innovative and cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, all e-commerce platforms, and online sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and continuous learning in the field of content marketing.
  • Willing to travel and based in Kapar area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
