We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Telesales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.


  • Proactively engage with online customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through cold calling.
  • Must be comfortable to have a conversations via call with customers to explain and close sales for their products purchase.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online sales and customer service roles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
