Scope of Work

  • Monthly stock checks on store inventory, prepare and submit report
  • Examine, recheck all good receive are in accordance with the specification and key in inventory data for record.
  • Perform regular check on tools and materials level are adequate in store and to issue Purchase Requisition for new orders.
  • Ensure products are properly stored and labeled
  • Report all damage, lost or missing of the storage items
  • Keep the storage area clean and tidy following the quality, environment, safety and health aspect.
  • Responsible for issuance and receive of tools and materials after use
  • Analyze and review materials receiving and open work order jobs and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with operations team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests
  • Assist Material Coordinator for arranging shipments, preparing and confirming order approval, handling pricing information, maintain paperwork and releasing shipping invoices.
  • To follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • To undertake special task whenever required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the Company.

  • Microsoft & Computer knowledge.
  • Familiar with store procedure.
  • Independent.
  • Hardworking.
  • Having driving license B2 & D

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
