General Manager for Corporate Communication

Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Define key messages and communication priorities to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, investors, customers, media, and the public.
- Develop and execute communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization and handle media inquiries and interviews.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Oversee internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and keep staff informed about company news, policies, and initiatives.
- Implement effective communication channels within the organization.
- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential issues or emergencies.
- Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.
- Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communication materials.
- Oversee the company's digital and social media presence, ensuring a strong online reputation and engagement with the target audience.
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and manage responses.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Analyze data and insights to make datadriven decisions and continuously improve communication efforts.
- Develop and manage the corporate communication budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, human resources, legal, and senior management, to align communication efforts with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the corporate communication team to achieve departmental goals.
- Performs other tasks required by the Management.
