MOLDING TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure Injection Moulding machine running in smooth and follow maintenance schedule to avoid breakdown.
  • To perform Die setting according to the parts requirement.
  • Monitor machine and equipment performance and report to superior if any abnormality for immediate action.
  • Assist Supervisor in developing and implementing methods, techniques and procedures to repair and maintenance of the machine equipment.
  • Involve in trouble shooting of machine breakdown and fabrication on metal parts such as jigs an fixtures.
  • Planning and liaison with the equipment users to perform the calibration job as per schedule and date lines and also other related discussion pertaining the calibration matters.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in Injection Moulding Experience in handling Moulding machine (Sumitomo, Fanuc, Sanju & Nissei) will be additional advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
