  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Ensure security and privacy of the Company's networks and computer systems
  • Track IT hardware inventory and software licenses renewal
  • Able to share ideas or suggestions to improve current IT related operational flows
  • Responding to any technical problems and requests and offer a solution in a timely manner
  • Monitor and follow up with request tickets
  • Assist with keeping documentation uptodate
