Responsibilities

Recognizing the importance of providing good public relations, excellent customer service and interaction all the times.
Comply with all reasonable directions of the Company and use your best endeavours to promote and increase the interests of the Company at your designated outlet(s).
Have good working ethics.
Ensure outlet(s) targets are being met by promoting sales.
Constantly maintain speed and consistency in beverage/food making.
Follow all procedures in accordance to the Company's operations manual, SOP and recipe.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards all the times.
Undertake any other special assignments, adhoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavours to fulfill and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner.

Requirements:

School leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum one (1) years' experience in a similar role, position and sound understanding of the local market.
Applicants must possess at least SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and cheerful smile.
Independent, selfinitiative and able to work in a team environment.
