Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades

Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed
Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, CCTV, Door access, Photocopier Machine, etc.
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems or related field preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in a diverse and fastpaced environment
Goaloriented, organized team player
Working technical knowledge of network, PC hardware, operating system, basic web design, include Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator.
Uptodate knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment

Pay:
Up to RM800.00 per month

Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
