  • Flexible to work extra hours and attending job on odd hours/weekends.

Main role of this position:

  • Enter data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger system.
  • Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
  • Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued.
  • Assist senior account with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part.
  • Key in any documentsthat the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records
  • Match work orders to invoices.
  • Process invoices or bills so that they can be paid and audit the invoices based on purchase orders.
  • Handling in account receivable and payable transactions
  • Analyze, organize, and manage customer invoices.
  • Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.
  • Verify and record business transactions.
  • Prepare and manage account statements.
  • Perform reconciliation of daily and monthly revenues.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense reports, revenue reports, and trial balance reports, etc for management.
  • Manage bank account deposits.
  • Manage check transactions and payments.
  • Manage accounting of bail money.
  • Assist in procurement, payroll, and budget preparation activities.
  • Participate in month end account closing activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.
