Provide nutritional consultation and recommend suitable solution to customers

  • Taking care of customers' enquiries about health information as well as answering online enquiries about products
  • Perform nutrition screening with reliable screening tools to evaluate customer's risks
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to carry out the branding and awareness activities i.e. health talk or exhibitions or corporate events
  • Detailing products to potential customers
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and consuming experience.
  • Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme.
  • Assist in creating educational material for branding or marketing purposes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Positive working attitude with good learning spirit and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal communication and serviceoriented

Job Types:
Full-time, New-Grad

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
