Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and security patching.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Track asset usage, conduct periodic audits, and coordinate equipment procurement and disposal processes.

Security Awareness: Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures. Raise awareness on cybersecurity best practices, password, phishing and data protection measures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years of working experience in IT support or related role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customerfocused approach to problemsolving.

Pay:
From RM3,500.00 per month
