Objectives:

  • Provide administrative support while managing accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in financial reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and handling administrative duties
  • Processing purchase order, sales invoices, purchase invoice, delivery order, official receipts.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Dealing with company paperwork and filing.
  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.
  • In charge of coordinating the office equipment maintenance such as photocopy machine, telephone, utility and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness, including organizing and overseeing regular cleaning services.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ad-hoc tasks by superior.

Requirements:

SPM or above

At least 1 years' experience in related fields.

Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.

Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping may be required.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, & Excel), etc.

SQL Accounting, GST & SST tax knowledge is an advantage

Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
