Main Responsibilities

  • To perform daily routine Security checks on all building premises including aquarium, staff quarters and surrounding areas in UWL Complex

Minimum Job Expectations

Operational_

  • To ensure building premises including aquarium, staff quarters and surrounding areas in UWL Complex are safe for visitors and staff.
  • To ensure orderly traffic control within UWL Complex.
  • To prepare and maintain daily Security Reports.
  • To plan and implement security measure in UWL Complex.
  • To represent UWL in Security Council meetings.
  • To arrange security courses for UWL staffs.
  • To record daily information on current status within building premises and surrounding areas as inputs to security reports.
  • To carry out appropriate security measures as per hand book.
  • To carry out security checks on all goods entered and taken out of UWL Complex.
  • To ensure the safety of all employee/ staff contractors including the UWL customers secured.
  • To ensure preventive measures on fire safety in UWL Complex.
  • To attend Security & Safety training/courses/briefing/ in-service training for Security department.

  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues / employees and with that of other departments so as to maintain a good productive working environment.
  • To ensure that good communication line is maintained with colleagues and/or subordinates.
  • To report for duty punctually, be well groomed, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times in order to set a good role model for all employees.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • To have a through and complete understanding of the Company's
    Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations stipulated at all times as well as to the SOPP.

  • To perform any related duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Management / immediate superior.
  • To provide information to customer/target market effectively.
  • To ensure that the image of the Company is maintained within the standards at all times.
  • To maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.

Pay:
RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
