**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and presenting symptoms.
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor and record patient progress, making appropriate adjustments to care plans as necessary.
Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.

**Assisting Resident OHD Doctor**:Collaborate with the resident Occupational Health Doctor to provide medical services to employees of a client company.
Assist with pre-employment and routine medical examinations.
Coordinate and manage health screening and wellness programs for corporate clients.
Administer first aid, emergency care, and occupational health assessments when required.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Prepare and maintain occupational health records and reports for the client company.
Complete incident reports and communicate relevant information to the OHD Doctor.

**Infection Control**:Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the clinic.
Educate patients and staff on infection control best practices.

**Medical Supplies and Equipment**:Ensure the availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.
Manage inventory and order medical supplies as needed.

**Collaboration**:Work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and support staff.
Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with occupational health or clinic experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Poliklinik Ken Rimba sedang mencari Jururawat yang berdedikasi untuk menyertai pasukan penjagaan kesihatan kami di klinik kami di Shah Alam. Di samping menyediakan penjagaan pesakit yang berkualiti di dalam klinik, peranan ini akan melibatkan membantu Doktor Kesihatan Pekerjaan (OHD) residen di syarikat pelanggan yang terletak di kawasan yang sama(Shah Alam).**

**Penjagaan Pesakit**:
Menjalankan penilaian pesakit, termasuk tanda-tanda vital, sejarah perubatan, dan gejala yang ditunjukkan.

Mentadbir ubat-ubatan, rawatan dan vaksinasi seperti yang ditetapkan oleh profesional penjagaan kesihatan.

Pantau dan rekod kemajuan pesakit, membuat pelarasan yang sesuai untuk pelan penjagaan jika perlu.

Memberi pendidikan kesihatan dan kaunseling kepada pesakit dan keluarga mereka.

**Membantu Doktor OHD Residen**:
Bekerjasama dengan Doktor Kesihatan Pekerjaan residen untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan perubatan kepada pekerja syarikat pelanggan.

Membantu dengan pemeriksaan perubatan pra-pekerjaan dan rutin.

Menyelaras dan mengurus program pemeriksaan kesihatan dan kesejahteraan untuk pelanggan korporat.

Mentadbir pertolongan cemas, penjagaan kecemasan, dan penilaian kesihatan pekerjaan apabila diperlukan.

**Dokumentasi dan Penyimpanan Rekod**:
Mengekalkan rekod pesakit yang tepat dan terkini, memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan privasi.

Menyediakan dan menyelenggara rekod dan laporan kesihatan pekerjaan untuk syarikat pelanggan.

Lengkapkan laporan kejadian dan sampaikan maklumat yang relevan kepada Doktor OHD.

**Kerjasama**:
Bekerja sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan penjagaan kesihatan pelbagai disiplin, bekerjasama dengan doktor, jururawat dan kakitangan sokongan.
Menyelaras rujukan pesakit dan penjagaan susulan mengikut keperluan.

**Kelayakan**:

- Diploma atau Ijazah Kejururawatan.
- Jururawat Berdaftar dengan lesen amalan yang sah.
- Minima 2 tahun pengalaman kejururawatan, dengan kesihatan pekerjaan atau - pengalaman klinik diutamakan.
- Pensijilan BLS dan ACLS adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
- Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang sangat baik.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
